上海建桥学院 来华留学生学籍与管理条例 （草案） The Rules and Regulations on Foreign Students to Study at Shanghai Jianqiao University (Draft) 为维护来华留学生教育正常教学秩序，根据教育部《普通高等学校接受外国留学生管理规定》的精神以及我校有关外国留学生的管理规定，特制定本条例。 Based on 《The Rules and Regulations on Foreign Students in Chinese Colleges and Universities》 issued by the Ministry of Education, combined with the Regulations on the Foreign Students of Shanghai Jianqiao University, the following items have been made： 入学 Enrollment 接受我校教育的来华留学生，凭《上海建桥学院录取通知书》和《外国留学人员来华签证表》，在规定日期内到我校对外交流办公室报到，办理各项入学手续。 因故不能按期报到者，须事先向对外交流办公室请假，经同意后可延期，但一般不得超过两周。否则，视为放弃入学资格（不可抗力等正当事由除外）。 新生到校后须按规定进行体检复查。不合格者，根据不同情况予以保留入学资格一年或取消入学资格；该类学生应立即离校回国，费用自理。 The Foreign Students should be enrolled with Admission Notice and JW202 Form in the scheduled time. If they can not be on time, they have to contact the Foreign Exchanges Office of University in advance and present the reasons to obtain the permission. They are not allowed to be enrolled without permission or exceeding the time limit (two weeks). The new students must have further examination for his or her health condition after their coming to Jianqiao. If his/her condition is not qualified, he/she will be required to leave school for home with their self pay. Some of them will be allowed to go back to school one year later. 因身体健康原因保留入学资格一年的学生，必须在次年五月底前(秋季入学生)或一月底前（春季入学生）向对外交流办公室书面申请入学，并附留学生所在国（地）公立医院的医学健康证明及相关资料，经上海市检验检疫局复查合格，对外交流办公室同意后方可重新办理入学手续。复查仍不合格或逾期不办理入学手续者，取消入学资格。 For those students who are allowed to be enrolled one year later because of health condition, they have to present a written application for going back together with a health report verified by the doctor in the public hospital in their mother country to the Foreign Exchanges Office of University before the end of May （for Autumn students）or January (for Spring students) in the following year.
