Items to be inspected include rails, connections, and hardware. Loose connections, sharp edges, burrs or worn parts shall be noted. If defects are found, the ladder will be tagged: “DO NOT USE” and taken out of service. The user who finds the defective ladder is responsible for tagging it “DANGER - DO NOT USE” and arranging for its removal from site. Use the attached ladder inspection guidelines for reference.
