精品论文 参考文献 1例多发伤患者早期休克复苏的护理体会 袁云娣 　　（广东省茂名市人民医院 525000） 　　【摘要】目的 分析探讨一例多发伤患者早期休克复苏的护理体会。方法　通过对于我科的一名早期休克复苏治疗的多发伤患者的各个方面的护理：迅速建立静脉通道，及时输血输液补充血容量，改善微循环的状态纠正休克，保持呼吸道通畅以及对于多处骨折部位的固定和护理，对所采取的护理方法及产生的效果进行临床分析。结果　经过治疗与护理，该名多发伤引起早期休克的患者呼吸功能恢复正常，有效的血容量得到了补充而纠正了休克，患者意识恢复逐渐清醒，多处骨折部位都愈合良好，患者的病情好转，脱离生命危险。结论　对于多发伤患者早期休克复苏，首先要在纠正休克的同时建立起通畅的呼吸道，保证充足的氧气供应，然后再进行创伤处理及护理，尽量减少感染的发生，降低不必要并发症的出现情况，这样就能够使病情得到一定的控制，可提高复苏的可能性，使死亡率下降，值得在临床上广泛应用。 　　【关键词】多发伤患者 早期休克 复苏 护理体会 　　【中图分类号】R473.5 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2014）10-0146-01 　　Experience from the nursing of early resuscitation in a patient with multiple trauma 　　Yuan Yundi 　　(Maoming Peoplersquo;s Hospital ,Guangdong Province 525000) 　　【Aabstract】 Objective:Analyze a case of multiple trauma patients experience from the nursing of early resuscitation.Methods:Through my family one early resuscitation in the treatment of all aspects of the patients with multiple trauma care: rapidly develop venous channels, timely infusion added blood volume, blood transfusion improve microcirculation state of correcting shock, keep respiratory tract unobstructed and parts for multiple fractures of fixed and care, to take care the effect of the method and clinical analysis.Result:After treatment and nursing, the patients with multiple trauma cause shock early respiratory function returned to normal, effective blood volume has been added and corrected the shock, patients consciousness recover gradually awake, several fracture healing is good, all patients got better, out of danger.Conclusion:For multiple trauma patients early resuscitation, start with a correct shock at the same time establish the respiratory tract unobstructed, assure enough oxygen supply, and then to trauma treatment and nursing, reduce infection, reduce unnecessary complications occur, so that it can make a certain amount of control of the disease, can increase the possibility of recovery, the decline in death rates as a result, i
