精品论文 参考文献 B超结合CT在肝胆管结石并发肝胆管癌诊断中的回顾性临床分析 武汉市黄陂区血防医院彩超室 湖北武汉 430300 【摘 要】 目的：探讨分析B超结合CT在肝胆管结石并发肝胆管癌诊断中的价值，为肝胆管结石并发肝胆管癌的诊断提供参考；方法：本次研究选取了2014年2月--2016年3月期间我院收治的42例肝胆管结石并发肝胆管癌的患者作为研究对象，对全部患者进行B超以及CT增强检查，然后同患者的手术病理进行对照分析；结果：通过B超准确诊断的患者共占59.52%（25例），通过CT准确诊断的患者共占（31例）73.81%，通过B超结合CT准确诊断的患者共占80.95%（34例）；讨论：虽然B超和CT在肝胆管结石并发肝胆管癌的诊断各有优缺点，但是将二者结合进行诊断对于肝胆管结石并发肝胆管癌的术前诊断具有重要意义。 【关键词】 B超；CT；肝胆管结石；肝胆管癌；诊断价值 Retrospective clinical analysis of B ultrasound combined with CT in the diagnosis of hepatic bile duct stones complicated with liver and gallbladder carcinoma Yu Yibin （color ultrasonic room，Wuhan Hospital of Hubei District of Huangpi city in Wuhan 430300） [Abstract]Objective：To investigate the analysis of B ultrasound combined with CT duct carcinoma in the diagnosis of hepatolithiasis complicated with bile，and provide reference for the diagnosis of hepatolithiasis complicated with bile duct carcinoma；methods：This study selected from our hospital 42 cases of intrahepatic bile duct stone complicated with intrahepatic bile duct cancer patients during the February 2014 --2016 year in March as the research object，all the patients underwent B-mode ultrasonography and enhanced CT examination，and then with the surgery and pathology were compared；results：accurate diagnosis by B patients accounted for 59.52%（25 cases），accurate diagnosis by CT patients accounted for 73.81%（31 cases），by ultrasound combined with the accurate diagnosis of patients accounted for CT 80.95%（34 cases）；discussion：Although ultrasonography and CT in diagnosis of hepatolithiasis complicated with bile duct cancer have advantages and disadvantages，but the combination of the two diagnosis for hepatolithiasis complicated with bile Preoperative diagnosis of tubular carcinoma is of great significance.
