精品论文 参考文献 X线平片、螺旋CT、MRI检查在脊柱骨折诊断中应用 (宜宾市珙县人民医院 四川 宜宾 644500) 【摘要】 目的：探讨了X线平片、螺旋CT与MRI扫描三种检查方式在脊柱骨折中的诊断意义。方法：选择了我院2013年6月～2015年6月收治的脊柱损伤患者作为研究对象，一共有89例，对所有患者采用X线平片、螺旋CT以及MRT扫描方式进行检查与诊断，对比三种检查方式的检查结果。结果：所有89例椎体骨折病例的均有脊柱曲度改变，X线平片、螺旋CT及MRI均能全部显示，X线平片和MRI的显示率分别为100%、100%、40%，CT优于X线平片和MRI，MRI显示脊髓损伤、韧带损伤、椎体骨髓挫伤比螺旋CT具有优势。结论：X线平片、螺旋CT检查方式在脊椎外伤患者的诊断中是必须的检查方式，而MRI检查方式可以对脊髓、软组织病情进行直观性的显示，由于MRI检查方式的检查费用比较高，检查时间比较长，因此应当根据患???的实际情况来选择合适的检查方式，多种方法结合检查可以互补彼此的缺陷之处，从而提高对脊椎骨折患者的诊断准确率。 【关键词】 X线平片；螺旋CT；MRI检查；脊柱骨折；诊断 【中图分类号】R445 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2016）01-0024-02 Application of X-ray plain film, spiral CT and MRI in diagnosis of spinal fractures 【Abstract】 Objective To study the X-ray plain film and spiral CT and MRI scans three ways in the diagnosis of spinal fracture. Conclusion X-ray plain film and spiral CT examination method in the diagnosis of patients with spinal cord injury is a must in the way of examination, ways and MRI of spinal cord, soft tissue condition for visual display, the inspection fee is higher, methods of MRI examination time is longer, so shall, according to the actual situation of patients to choose the right means of inspection, a variety of methods in combination with check the defect of can complement each other, so as to improve the diagnostic accuracy in patients with spinal fra
