Methods: a total of 160 patients with acute pulpitis were treated in our hospital, were fixed number of year for April 2011 to 2014 may, in accordance with the randomly divided into 2 groups, one group of patients using the traditional multiple root canal treatment, said as control group, another group of patients using disposable root canal treatment, said as the observation group, observe the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients with acute pulpitis. Results: in the observation group of patients with acute pulpitis of short-term and long-term therapeutic effect and pain score was significantly better than the control group, the acute pulpitis patients (P lt; 0.05).
