精品论文 参考文献 中医辨证治疗出血性中风后失语临床观察 （自贡市中医医院内七科神内老年病 四川 自贡 643010） 　　【摘要】 目的：评价在出血性中风后失语患者的临床治疗中采取中医辨证治疗的效果。方法：选取我院2012-2015年收治的100例出血性中风后失语患者作为本次研究对象，按照治疗方式不同将其分为对照组与观察组，对照组接受西医常规治疗，结合观察组患者临床症状与中医辨证对中风后失语患者采取分型论治，两组患者均接受28d治疗，比较两组治疗前后患者语言恢复情况。结果：治疗后观察组患者语言恢复情况明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（Plt;0.05)。结论：在出血性中风后失语患者的临床治疗中运用中医辨证治疗不仅能显著提高治疗效果而且明显改善患者失语障碍，临床治疗效果显著。 　　【关键词】 中医辨证：出血性中风：失语 　　【中图分类号】R25 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2016）34-0015-02 　　Syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of hemorrhagic stroke aphasia after clinical observation 　　Luo Wen, Zhang Xu. Method Choose 100 cases admitted from 2012 to 2015 in our after hemorrhagic stroke aphasia patients as the research object, according to the treatment of different ways it can be divided into control group and observation group, control group treated with conventional western medicine, combined with the observation group of patients with clinical symptoms and TCM treatment based on differentiation taking parting in patients with aphasia after stroke, two groups of patients were treated with 28 d, compared two groups of patients before and after treatment of language. Results The observation group of patients language recovery after treatment was better than control group, the difference was statistically significant (P lt; 0.05). Conclusion After hemorrhagic stroke aphasia patients in the clinical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation treatment not only can significantly improve the treatment effect and significantly improve patients with aphasia disorders, clinical effect is remarkable. 　　【Key words】Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome diff
