精品论文 参考文献 关于功能性消化不良的100例治疗分析 （四川省美姑县人民医院 四川美姑 616450） 　　【摘要】目的：研究并分析对功能性消化不良采用多潘立酮和多潘立酮联合阿米替林治疗的临床疗效。方法：选取本院于2014年6月至2016年5月期间收治的功能性消化不良患者100例，按就诊时间将其分成观察组和对照组，每组50例。对照组患者采用单纯口服多潘立酮治疗，观察组患者采用阿米替林联合多潘立酮治疗，持续治疗3周后对两组患者的临床治疗效果及症状改善情况进行对比分析。结果：观察组患者的治疗总有效率为96.0%，对照组患者的治疗总有效率为78.0%，两组间具有统计学差异(Plt;0.05)。观察组患者经治疗后，早饱、餐后饱胀、上腹胀痛、恶心及上腹痛等临床症状的改善情况明显好于对照组，两组间具有统计学差异(Plt;0.05)。结论：两种方法都能有效治疗功能性消化不良，但多潘立酮联合阿米替林治疗能取得更加显著的效果，值得临床广泛应用。 　　【关键词】功能性消化不良；多潘立酮；阿米替林；临床疗效 　　【中图分类号】R57 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1007-8231（2016）21-0023-02 　　【Abstract】Objective To study and analyze the clinical efficacy and adverse domperidone domperidone combined amitriptyline in the treatment of functional dyspepsia. Methods In our hospital from June 2014 to May 2016, 100 patients with functional dyspepsia were divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with simple oral domperidone treatment, observation group were treated with amitriptyline combined with domperidone treatment, continuous treatment 3 weeks after the clinical treatment effect of two groups of patients and symptom improvement were analyzed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96%, and the total effective rate was 78% in the control group, with statistical difference between the two groups (Plt;0.05). Patients in the observation group after treatment, the improvement of early satiety and postprandial fullness, epigastric pain, nausea and abdominal pain and other clinical symptoms significantly better than the control group, with significant difference between the two groups (Plt;0.05).
