精品论文 参考文献 产前检查免疫检验项目的临床应用价值李继梅 黑龙江省铁力市人民医院 黑龙江铁力 152500 摘要：目的：探讨研究产前免疫检查的临床应用价值，为临床应用提供依据。方法：选择我院门诊和住院部2015年2月～2016年1月收治的孕产妇180例，按照随机化原则分为实验组（90例）和对照组（90例），对照组进行产前常规检查，不包含免疫检验项目；实验组在进行常规产前检查的基础上还进行产前免疫检查。结果：两组患者中均出现了高危妊娠，对照组由于未能及时发现危险因素，高危妊娠发病率较高；实验组能及时发现高危妊娠的病因，并采取适当的干预措施，有效的降低了高危妊娠的发病率。两组差异有统计学意义。结论：产前检查免疫检查项目，有助于发现高危妊娠的潜在病因，从而进行及时有效的干预，使高危妊娠发病率明显降低，有效的提高了生育质量，值得在临床广泛??广应用。 关键词：产前检查 免疫项目 临床应用 Clinical application value of prenatal examination of immune test items Li Jimei The peoples Hospital of Heilongjiang Province，Tieli City，Heilongjiang Tieli 152500 [Abstract] Objective：To explore the clinical application value of prenatal immune examination，and to provide the basis for clinical application. Methods：choose outpatient and inpatient 2015 February 2016 January 180 cases of pregnant women，in accordance with the principle of randomization points into experimental group （90 cases）and control group （90 cases），control group for routine prenatal examination，did not contain immune test project；experimental group based on routine prenatal examination in also prenatal immune. Results：two groups of patients were the high risk pregnancy and control group due to failure to timely detection of risk factors and high risk pregnancy rate is higher；in the experimental group to discover the cause of high risk pregnancy，and take appropriate intervention measures，to reduce the incidence of high-risk pregnancy rate effectively. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant. Conclusion：prenatal immune inspection project，to discover the underlying cause of high-risk pregnancy，in order to carry out timely and effective intervention，high-risk pregnancy morbidity rate decreased significantly，and effectively improve the quality of growth，is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
