Whether … or .. 是否 (注意与no matter how/what相区分) e.g. The substance does not dissolve in water whether (it is) heated or not (不管是否加热). 名词性从句 e.g. We agreed to accept whoever they thought was the best. e.g. In some countries, what is called “equality” does not really mean equal rights for all people. 定语从句 1）as 引导定语从句 as 可引导非限制性定语从句，相当于which，如：I am from Beijing, as you know. 但as引导的非限制性定语从句可以放在句首：As you know, I am from Beijing.
