ENTRY TEST INFORMATION GUIDE: ENTRY TEST （for students） 入学考试信息指南：入学考试 Dear prospective student, 亲爱的同学们， We are very pleased that you are interested in joining our Certificate in English International Culture course. In order to qualify for entry to this course, you will need to take the ACE internal entry test. The purpose of this letter is to give you some information about the test so that you can be well prepared. 非常高兴你们有兴趣加入我们的英语证书课程。为了保证你们能够合格地进入本课程学习，你们首先需要参加我们的入学考试。这封信旨在向你们提供关于该考试的信息以便于你们能够进行充分地准备。 Overall aim of test 考试目标 The aim of the test is to find out your overall English language level e.g. Lower Intermediate, Intermediate etc. If you have reached the minimum language level required, you will be placed at a particular stage of the language course. You will either be presented with 4 sentences and you will have to choose the one which is correct or you will be given a question or statement with a gap and you will have a choice of 4 possible words or phrases to fill the gap.
