Arts A Study on the Cultivation of the Ability of Vocal Music Teaching in Preschool Education Majors C a n d i d a t e ：Li Yan Supervisor ：Prof.Liu Zongchao Academic Degree Applied for ：Master Degree of Arts Speciality ：Arts University ：Hebei University Date of Oral Examination ：May,2012 摘 要 摘 要 随着家长认知水平的提高，他们对自己子女的期望值也在提高，“从娃娃抓起”的 思想油然而生；随即为各具特色的亲子园、幼儿园开拓了市场。2010 年我国适龄儿童 的入园率达到 80% 以上，照此趋势发展未来对幼儿教师的需求量将进一步扩大。办人 民满意的教育，需要合格的幼儿教师。因此，幼儿教师教育的长足发展是我国教育的 重要组成部分，是教育赖以发展的基础，是决定教育质量的决定因素。培养幼儿教师 （以下简称幼师）的学府，主要集中在培养技能型人才的中等职业学校（以下简称中 职）。技能型人才的培养要适应市场的需求，对于幼师这个职业是从事幼儿园教育教学 活动的专门人才，固然要适应幼儿园的课程模式体系。在幼儿园教学中，90% 的教学 活动是通过游戏的形式来实现的；在游戏活动中音乐无所不在，它是促使人与人之间 产生共鸣的奇妙因素，它可以成为幼儿游戏的引领者。然而，声乐教学在幼儿园中最 为常见，它是组织课堂教学和参与游戏活动的催化剂。因此，对于中职幼师专业的学 生来说，在校期间学习并具备声乐的教学能力是关键的内容。学生在校期间，要培养 其专业的职业修养和驾驭声乐课堂的专业能力。本文将对目前中职幼师专业学生的声 乐教学能力的培养现状，以及对该现状的反思和改革措施进行探讨。 关键词：中职幼师 声乐教学能力 I Abstract Abstract AbstractAs the enhancement of cognitive level of parents in China, the expectations of them towards their children become higher and higher simultaneously.
