光伏幕墙的施工工艺研究.doc

摘 要 本文以光伏幕墙的施工工艺为核心研究内容。光伏幕墙是在光伏建筑一体化的大背景下应运而生的，它属于光伏建筑一体化的一部分。光伏幕墙是当今太阳能光伏发电工程中的重要产品之一，目前在世界范围内都属于能源产业中走俏产品。在对光伏幕墙技术进行了概述之后，对该项技术的施工工艺进行了深入细致的研究。首先介绍了光伏幕墙的技术原理，分析了其结构组成。然后是对施工工艺的详细介绍，主要包括施工遵循的规范标准、施工组织设计、施工图的绘制分析以及光伏幕墙系统施工中的一些计算方法的分析。通过研究，得到了一些光伏幕墙施工工艺的新的理论方法，以及计算的有效地方法。为以后光伏幕墙施工提供了一些切实有效的参考，为光伏幕墙的更好发展做了一定的贡献。最后借助深圳南坡大厦光伏幕墙系统工程和保定电谷锦江国际酒店的幕墙工程展现了光伏幕墙施工工艺的具体应用。 关键字 光伏幕墙，光伏建筑一体化，建筑节能，光伏发电，施工工艺 Abstract The construction method of PV curtain wall is the main research content of this article. Based on the Building Integrated Photovoltaic (BIPV), PV curtain wall emerged. PV curtain wall is a part of BIPV. It is one of the important products of current solar photovoltaic subject. At present, PV curtain wall are going down very well during the worlds energy products. After the overview for the PV curtain wall technology, the paper studies its construction method deeply and carefully. At first, it introduced the technology theories of PV curtain wall and analyzed its compositions. Then the article studied the construction method in details, including the construction standard, structure design, construction drawing and some computational methods of the construction method. Through the research, we got several new methods and computational methods of the PV curtain wall construction craft. In a sense, they will provide some effective references and make some contributions to the development of the PV curtain wall. At last, through the demonstration projects of SG Building and the power valley Jinjiang International Hotel of Baoding, the paper shows the specific application of the PV curtain wall construction craft.
