醉鱼草提取物抑菌效果的研究 摘要 随着公众对“绿色食品”、“无公害食品”的要求越来越高，市场对植物源抑菌剂的需求量也逐渐增多。可见，大力发展植物源抑菌剂是社会、市场、公众的需要。醉鱼草(Buddleja lindleyana Fort)为马钱科醉鱼草属植物，为落叶灌木，高1～2.5米。具有祛风除湿，止咳化痰，散瘀，杀虫，抑菌等作用。醉鱼草原产世界热带和亚热带地区。在我国分布于江西，湖南，湖北，安徽等地。 本实验主要是用醉鱼草提取物进行抑菌实验，采取的提取剂主要有水和95%的酒精，提取方式为索式提取，提取之后旋转蒸发得膏状物，再用水溶解，进行萃取实验，萃取剂主要有乙酸乙酯，正丁醇等。用萃取后不同相中溶液进行抑菌实验，用测量抑菌圈大小确定各相中抑菌效果。本实验所用病菌为：稻瘟病菌，黄瓜病菌，柱孢杆菌，茶媒一号等。 关键词：醉鱼草，抑菌，索式提取法 Abstract As publics on the demand of green food, pollution-free food is higher and higher, the market’s demand for the plant source antibacterial agent is increasing. Visibly, striving to develop the plant source antibacterial agent is the need of society, market and publics. Butterfly bush pertains to Buddleja (for QianKe drunk horse) plants for fish grass, leaves shrubs, 1 to 2.5 meters high. It has functions of dispersing cold and removing dampness, reducing phlegm, scattering stasis, killing insects, restraining bacterium, etc. Butterfly bush is native to tropical and subtropical regions in the world. In our country, it distributed in Jiangxi, Hunan, Hubei, Anhui, etc. Extracts of butterfly bush is mainly used as antibacterial in this experiment, by using water and 95% alcohol as extractant, extraction mean is cable type extraction. Getting paste though rotate evaporates after extraction, then using water dissolved the paste and extracting it, the mainly extracting agents are ethyl acetate, n-butyl alcohol, etc. Doing antibacterial experiments using the extraction solution of different phase and testing the effects of each phase by measuring the sizes of bacteriostatic circles.
