毕业论文学 ???院 ???经济学院 ?????????班 ???级???????学 ???号 ????????????????姓 ???名 ?????????????????????题 ???目 关于农民收入增长缓慢的原因分析及对策研究 ???????????????指导教师（姓名及职称） ???教授 ???????????????????[总评成绩： ??????] 关于农民收入增长缓慢的原因分析及对策研究经济学院　经济学系　 　指导老师：内容摘要：“三农”问题，即农业、农村和农民的问题直接影响和决定着我国国民经济的发展，而“三农”问题解决的关键在于提高农民收入。增加农民收入对于保持国民经济平稳快速发展、促进和谐社会建设和全面实现小康社会新目标、建设社会主义新农村都有着至关重要的作用。为此,探索影响农民收入的因素以及农民收入持续稳定增长的根本途径。本文分析了农民收入增长缓慢的现状，并从产业因素、结构因素、人力资本因素、制度因素等角度分析了我国农民收入增长缓慢的原因，并根据其增长缓慢的原因分析与论述，提出了转变农民观念，提高农民素质、转移农村劳动力、调整农业产业结构加大政府扶持、明确政府职能、增加对农业和农村的投资，加大对农业的保护力度等一系列增加农民收入的具体对策。关键词：农民收入，原因，对策Slow Income Growth of Farmers Analysis and Countermeasures Abstract: three rural issue, namely: agriculture, rural areas and farmers that directly influence and determine the development of national economy, and the three rural issue key to the solution is to increase their income. Increase income for farmers to maintain steady and rapid economic development and promote the full realization of a harmonious society and the new target well-off society and building a socialist new countryside all have a vital role. Therefore, to explore the factors affecting the income of peasants and farmers a steady income growth imperative fundamental way. This paper analyzes the current situation of slow growth in peasant incomes, and from industry factors, structural factors, human capital factors, institutional factors point of view of the Chinese peasants reasons for the slow income growth and, based on the reasons for its slow growth analysis and discusses the proposed changes the concept of farmers, improve the quality of peasants, the transfer of rural labor force, adjusting the agricultural structure and increase government support, a clear government functions, to increase investment in agriculture and rural areas, increase their efforts in protecting agriculture and other series of specific measures to increase income of farmers.
