精品论文 参考文献 2011年青州市布鲁氏杆菌病调查报告及防控建议 刘海涛 王正新 武钦发 （青州市疾病预防控制中心 山东青州 262500） 【中图分类号】R378.5 【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1672-5085（2013）25-0201-02 【摘要】 目的 了解青州市布鲁氏菌病的流行特点、传播因素，为下一步防控工作提供合理建议和依据。方法 选择12个羊只重点从事养殖和屠宰行业村庄、2个皮草加工单位，对密切接触者开展流行病学调查，并采集血标本进行化验。结果 根据对重点行业1203名密切接触者的调查化验结果显示，阳性者共17名，感染率为1.41%。分布在青州市6个乡镇、11个村；以青壮年为主，其中33岁-48岁者10名，占总数的58.82%；男女比例为1.43:1；农民14名，屠宰等其他行业者3名；布鲁氏杆菌试管凝集实验血清效价在1:50至1:12000，其中强阳性1:400以上者有13名，占76.47%；患者主要表现为发热、出汗、乏力、关节痛，发热出汗者17名，占发病总数的100%；乏力15名，占发病总数的88.24%；关节痛14名，占发病总数的82.35%；腰背部痛8名，占发病总数的47.06%；睾丸肿痛3名，占男性发病者21.43%。结论 青州市羊只免疫率低，防控知识宣传力度不够，医护人员的专业技术水平有待提高。 【关键词】 布鲁氏杆菌病 调查报告 防控建议 zInvestigation Report on Brucellosis Infection Prevention and Control Recommendations in Qingzhou City, 2011 / LIU Hai-tao, WANG Zheng-xin, WU Qin-fa,et al.( Qingzhou City, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Qingzhou,262500,Shangdong,China) 【Abstract】[Objective]To Understand the epidemic characteristics of brucellosis in Qingzhou, propagation factors, so as to work for the next control to provide reasonable advice and basis.[Methods] Choose 12 key engaged in breeding and slaughter of sheep industry village, 2 fur processing units, close contacts to carry out epidemiological surveys and collecting blood samples for laboratory tests.[Results] Based on 1203 close contacts investigation laboratory in key industries showed that positive people a total of 17, infection rates of 1.41%.
