精品论文 参考文献 养血清脑颗粒联合尼莫地平片治疗老年后循环脑供血不足临床30 例 胡金娜 张兆岩通讯作者 薛慎伍 梁 堃 济南军区总医院干部四科 山东济南 250031 　　【摘 要】目的：分析研究养血清脑颗粒联合尼莫地平片治疗老年患者后循环脑供血不足临床效果。方法：随机选取2012年1月-2015年1月于本院接受治疗的60例老年后循环脑供血不足患者作为研究对象，并将其随机分为对照组（n=30）及研究组（n=30）；对照组应用养血清脑颗粒，研究组应用养血清脑颗粒联合尼莫地平片。对比药物治疗疗效、眩晕评分、用药不良反应。结果：研究组患者的药物治疗疗效以及眩晕评分结果均明显优于对照组，差异存在统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组患者均未表现出明显用药不良反应，差异不存在统计学意义，（P＞0.05）。结论：养血清脑颗粒联合尼莫地平片治疗老年患者后循环脑供血不足临床价值高，有利于改善患者临床眩晕症状，且安全可靠，值得推广。 　　【关键词】养血清脑颗粒；尼莫地平片；老年患者后循环脑供血不足；眩晕评分 　　【中图分类号】R277.7 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1674-8999（2015）6-0049-01 　　【Abstract】Objective: to analysis of Yangxue Qingnao Granule Combined with Nimodipine Tablets therapy in elderly patients with the clinical effect of posterior circulation cerebral insufficiency. Methods: 60 patients were randomly selected in 2012 January -2015 year in January treated in our hospital in patients with posterior circulation cerebral insufficiency as the research object, and they were randomly divided into control group (n=30) and study group (n=30); the control group application of Yangxue Qingnao Granule, the study group application of Yangxue Qingnao granule combined with nimodipine tablets. Comparison of curative effect in the treatment of adverse reactions of drugs, medication, vertigo score. Results: the treatment effect of patients in the study group and the vertigo score was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P lt; 0.05); the two groups of patients showed no obvious adverse reaction of drug, the difference was not statistically significant (P gt; 0.05). Conclusion: Yangxueqingnao Granule Combined with Nimodipine Tablets in treatment of elderly patients with posterior circulation cerebral insufficiency high clinical value, can improve the clinical symptoms of vertigo patients, safe and reliable, worthy of promotion. 　　【Key words】Yangxue Qingnao Granule; nimodipine; elderly patients with posterior circulation cerebral insufficiency; vertigo score 　　很多中老年人容易出现失眠多梦、记忆力减退以及头晕、头痛等
