第 9 卷 第 5 期 燃 　烧 　科 　学 　与 　技 　术 Vol. 9 　No. 5 　2003 年 10 月 Journal of Combustion Science and Technology Oct. 2003 　 污水污泥干燥特性的实验研究 李爱民 , 曲艳丽, 陈满堂 , 李润东 (沈阳航空工业学院安全工程系 , 沈阳 110034) 摘 　要 :利用热重差热分析仪对污水污泥干燥过程中的质量、失重率、含水率、热量随温度和加热时间的变化特性 进行了研究. 在区别于前人污泥高温干燥研究的情况下 ,利用电热鼓风干燥箱在低温干燥条件下进行实验 ,通过对 所得数据的分析 ,得出了质量、失重率、含水率和热量等曲线随时间或温度的变化趋势以及质量、升温速率与各种 变化拐点的关系. 干燥过程中污泥体积有较大变化 ,这主要是由于污泥中含有某些纤维性物质所致. 环境湿度和压 力对水分汽化温度范围有很大影响 ,且干燥过程中有沟痕及结团现象出现. 关键词 :污水污泥 ; 干燥 ; 失重率 ; 拐点 ; 升温速率 ( ) 中图分类号:X705 　　　文献标识码 :A 　　　文章编号 2003 Experimental Study on DryingCharacteristics of Se wage Sludge L I Aimin , QU Yanli , CHEN G Mantang , L I Rundong (Department of Safety Engineering , Shenyang Institute of Aeronautical Engineering , Shenyang 110034 , China) Abstract :The changing characteristics of mass ,lostmass rate ,moisture content and heat versus temperature and heating time of sewage sludge in the course of drying were investigated by differential thermal and thermalgrarimetry analysis ( ) galvanothermal blast drying box at lower temperature whereas others were done at DTG .
