精品论文 参考文献 半夏泻心汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的用药效果评析 湖南省岳阳市第三人民医院 414000 【摘 要】目的：研究半夏泻心汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的用药效果。方法：取我院2014年3月-2015年8月慢性萎缩性胃炎患者82例进行分组研究。维酶素组应用西医方法治疗，中药组应用半夏泻心汤治疗。比较两组患者慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效；不良反应率；用药前和用药3个月患者胃蛋白酶水平、胃液游离酸水平、PH值的差异。结果：中药组跟维酶素组比较，慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效更高，P＜0.05；中药组相较于维酶素组不良反应率更少，P＜0.05；用药前两组胃蛋白酶水平、胃液游离酸水平、PH值相似，P＞0.05；用药3个月中药组相较于维酶素组胃蛋白酶水平、胃液游离酸水平、PH值升高或降低幅度更大，P＜0.05。结论：半夏泻心汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的用药效果确切，可有效增加胃蛋白酶，提高胃液游离酸水平，降低PH值，加速患者病情改善，值得推广。 【关键词】半夏泻心汤;慢性萎缩性胃炎;用药效果 [Abstract]Objective：To study the effect of the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with the decoction for purging stomach and purging heart.Methods：82 cases of chronic atrophic gastritis patients in our hospital from March 2014 to August were divided into groups.The application of Western medicine method in the treatment of the enzyme group，the Chinese medicine group were treated with the decoction of the decoction of rhizoma.Comparison of two groups of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis; adverse reaction rate; the difference before treatment and 3 months of the treatment with pepsin and free acid in gastric juice pH level.Results：the traditional Chinese medicine group and vitacoenzyme group，chronic atrophic gastritis is higher，P lt; 0.05; the Chinese medicine group compared with vitacoenzyme group with less adverse reaction rate，P lt; 0.05; two groups before treatment，the level of pepsin free acid in gastric juice pH level，similar to that of P gt; 0.05; after 3 months of drug a new group of groups compared with the enzyme pepsin，free acid in gastric juice pH level，increase or decrease of greater amplitude，P lt; 0.05.Conclusion：Banxia Xiexin Decoction in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis treatment effect，can effectively increase the pepsin，improve the level of free acid in gastric juice，lower pH value，accelerate patient improvement，worthy of promotion.
