精品论文 参考文献 及时前瞻性干预妊娠期糖尿病患者对产妇妊娠结局的影响 湖南省衡阳市中心医院妇产科 湖南衡阳 421001 【摘 要】目的 探讨及时前瞻性干预妊娠期糖尿病患者对产妇妊娠结局的影响。方法以2013年10月～2015年10月经门诊诊断为GDM患者100例为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组各50例。观察组实施前瞻性干预（糖尿病基础知识、饮食治疗、运动治疗、药物治疗以及血糖尿糖的自我监测、自我保健等），对照组则不做任何干预措施，观察两组孕妇的妊娠结局。结果 观察组糖尿病知识知晓率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（Plt;0．05）。两组健康教育后血糖指标都有所下降，尤以观察组下降明显，观察组胰岛素使用率显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（Plt;0．05）。局及并发症的发生率均低于对照组，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（Plt;0．05）。结论 对妊娠期糖尿病患者进行及时前瞻陛干预能降低母婴并发症，对改善妊娠结局具有重要的临床价值。 【关键词】妊娠期糖尿病前瞻性干预妊娠结局 [Abstract] Objective To investigate the influence of time：a prospective intervention on pregnancy outcomes in gestational diabetes. Methods from October 2013 to 2015 10 menstrual clinic diagnosed GDM patients 100 cases as the research object，randomly divided into observation group and control group of 50 cases. The observation group prospective intervention（diabetes knowledge base，diet therapy，exercise therapy，drug therapy and blood sugar self-monitoring，self health care，etc.），the control group without any intervention，the pregnancy outcomes of pregnant women in the two groups were observed. Results the knowledge rate of diabetes was higher than the control group，the difference was statistically significant（Plt;0.05）. The two group after the health education，blood glucose index decreased，especially in the observation group decreased significantly，the observation group used insulin was significantly higher than the control group，the difference was statistically significant（Plt;0.05）. The Bureau and the incidence of complications were lower than the control group，with significant differences between the two groups（Plt;0.05）. Conclusion in patients with gestational diabetes are timely and forward-looking majesty intervention can reduce the complications of mothers and infants，has important clinical value to improve the outcome of pregnancy.
