Lesson Plan Name: Liangyan Zhou Teaching Content: Listening Main Focus: Train the students’ listening ability and oral English. Learner Analysis: Students with intermediate level English Basis Time Duration: 45 minutes Teaching Objectives: 1. Knowledge Objects: (1).Let the students learn some useful new words and expressions. (2). Get the students to know about the basic knowledge of music the listening materials refers to. 2. Ability Object: (1) Develop the students’ listening ability. (2) Train the students’ ability to grasp key information while listening. (3) Develop the students’ ability to practice oral English with simple facts in life. 3. Moral Objects: (1) Enlighten the students to solve their own problem with their own wisdom. (2) Develop the students’ sense of cherishing friendship. (3) Develop the students’ ability of helping others dealing with their trouble. 4. Strategy Object: (1) To develop the students cognitive strategy, taking notes while listening. (2) To develop the students’ communicative strategies. Teaching Aids Resources: 1. A projector 2. Multimedia equipment 3. The blackboard Stages Teaching Procedures (Used the table below) Assignment: 1. Questions: to help the students learn the detailed information about the listening materials. 2.
