The first part is pandect, which introduces legal writing and the fundamental contents, such as: the concept, feature, classification, historical development, value, writing requirement, express method, and language style. The second part is the substantial contents, which mainly introduces the most frequently used legal documents under lawsuit and non-lawsuit process, such as: detection writing from public security department, legal writing from procuratorial department, the criminal, civil, and administrative writing , prison writing; lawyer writing, indictment and application letter, notarial writing, arbitration letter from the people’s court, and etc. Through the above learning, the students can write all kinds of lawsuit and non-lawsuit writings skillfully in practice.
