我国民间融资的现状及对策研究 摘要：随着我国经济的快速发展，民间融资规模不断扩大，已成为中小企业取得流动资金和建设资金的重要渠道。作为一种游离于国家正规金融体系之外的融资方式，是一种社会信用的补充方式，有其存在的合理性和积极作用。但由于缺乏有效的监督和引导，其对社会经济的负面的影响也凸显出来了。本文讨论了当前我国民间融资的现状及特点,指出目前我国民间融资规模已相当巨大,其对我国经济的影响不容忽视,既具有积极意义,又具有消极影响。文章分析了民间融资活跃发展的原因，民间融资在法律上存在的一些弊端，对到一些非法集资案件进行了分析，从目前经济发展的需求跟情况来看，积极稳定的发展民间融资是非常有必要的，对民间融资的发展应该采取积极鼓励、规范引导、合理利用的方针。 关键词：Private financing of the Current Situation in china and Countermeasures research Abstract：With the rapid development of our economy, scale of private financing unceasingly expands, it has become the important channel of the small enterprises to obtain cash flow and construction fund. As a kind of free in countries outside the formal financial system of financing, is a kind of social credit supplementary way, it is the rationality of the existence and it plays the positive role. But due to the lack of effective supervision and guidance of the social economy, its negative influence. This article discusses private financing of the Current Situation in china and characteristics of private financing, points out that at the moment our country private financing scale has quite huge, we can’t ignore its influence on the economic, it has both positive and negative effects. The article analyses the reason of private financing active development, some abuse of private financing in the law, so far the analysis of illegal raise fund cases. From the demand of current economic development, it’s necessary to the positive and stable development of private financing. We should adopt the policy of encourage, positive guidance, rational use.
