精品论文 参考文献 奈达铂与奥沙利铂热灌注治疗恶性腹腔积液的对比研究 蒙艳凤 徐学新 杨国稳 　　【摘 要】 目的 探讨奈达铂与奥沙利铂热灌注治疗恶性腹腔积液的临床效果。方法 将92例恶性腹腔积液患者随机分为两组，每组46例。对照组给予奥沙利铂热灌注治疗，观察组给予奈达铂热灌注治疗，对比两组治疗效果、不良反应发生情况、生活质量评分情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为71.1%，明显高于对照组的45.7%，不良反应发生率为17.4%，低于对照组的45.7%，差异显著（p＜0.05）；治疗后，观察组生活质量评分明显高于对照组，差异显著（p＜0.05）。结论 奈达铂热灌注治疗恶性腹腔积液的疗效确切，可有效控制积液水平，不良反应少，安全性高，对改善患者生活质量具有重要意义，优于奥沙利铂热灌注治疗。 　　【关键词】 恶性腹腔积液； 奈达铂； 奥沙利铂； 热灌注 　　Comparative Research on Hot Perfusion of for The Treatment of Malignant Seroperitoneum 　　【Abstract】 Objective To explore clinical effects of hot perfusion of nedaplatin and oxaliplatin for treatment of malignant seroperitoneum.Methods Ninety two patients with malignant seroperitoneum were randomly divided into two groups with 46 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were subject to the therapy of oxaliplatin hot infusion, while the patients in the observation group was subject to the therapy of nedaplatin hot perfusion, and the treatment efficacy, incurrence of adverse reactions and scores of life quality of patients in two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment on patients in the observation group was 71.1%, being significantly higher than that of patients in the control group at 45.7%, the incidence of adverse reactions on patients in the observation group hit 17.4%, being lower than that on patients in the control group at 45.7%, and the differences were significant (p＜0.05); The scores of life quality of patients after treatment in the observation group was obviously higher than that of patients in the control group, and the difference was significant (p＜0.05).Conclusions The therapy of nedaplatin peritoneal effusion delivers affirmative efficacy for the treatment of malignant seroperitoneum, can effectively control the level of hydrops with less adverse reaction and high safety, being of great significance to improve the life quality of patients and being better than that of oxaliplatin hot perfusion treatment. 　　【Key words】 m
