精品论文 参考文献 宫颈上皮内瘤变术前阴道镜下活检与宫颈环形电切术后病理检查结果的比较分析 陈贤永 　　湘南学院附属医院 湖南郴州 423000 　　【摘 要】目的：比较宫颈上皮内瘤变术前阴道镜下活检与宫颈环形电切术后病理检查结果。方法：选取2015年4月至2016年3月入住本院的经人乳头状瘤病毒检测或常规液基层细胞学检查显示异常的199例患者作为研究对象，均行阴道镜下活检及宫颈环形电切术，将阴道镜下活检结果及宫颈环形电切术后病理检查结果进行对比分析。结果：阴道镜下活检病理诊断检出5例慢性宫颈炎、50例CINⅠ、70例CINⅡ、63例CINⅢ、11例原位癌；宫颈环形电切术后病理检查结果显示10例慢性宫颈炎、64例CINⅠ、51例CINⅡ、62例CINⅢ、9例原位癌、3例宫颈浸润癌；阴道镜下活检与宫颈环形电切术后病理检查结果完全符合率为55.28%，诊断不足率为17.59%，诊断过度率为27.13%，其中宫颈浸润癌漏诊率为1.51%。结论：阴道镜下活检与宫颈环形电切术后病理检查对于诊断宫颈上皮内瘤变均具有重要意义，两者联用可提高诊断的准确性，避免漏诊情况的发生。 　　【关键词】宫颈上皮内瘤变；阴道镜下活检；宫颈环形电切术；病理检查 　　[Abstract] objective：to compare the cervical intraepithelial neoplasia preoperative biopsy under colposcope with cervical annular cutting postoperative pathological findings. Methods：to choose between April 2015 and March 2015 at our college by the human papilloma virus detection or abnormal fluid cytology examination showed at the grass-roots level of 199 patients as the research object，biopsy under colposcopy and cervical loop in cutting，will and cervical biopsy under colposcope results annular cutting postoperative pathologic examination results were analyzed. Results：the pathological diagnosis of biopsy under colposcope detected in 5 cases of chronic cervicitis，50 cases of CIN Ⅰ，70 cases of CIN Ⅱ，63 cases of CIN Ⅲ，11 cases of carcinoma in situ；Cervical loop cutting postoperative pathologic examination results show that the 10 cases of chronic cervicitis and 64 cases of CIN Ⅰ，51 cases of CIN Ⅱ，62 cases of CIN Ⅲ，9 cases were carcinoma in situ，3 cases of cervical invasive cancer；Biopsy under colposcopy and cervical loop cutting completely coincidence rate was 55.28%，postoperative pathological findings diagnosis rate was 17.59%，excessive diagnosis rate was 27.13%，including cervical invasive carcinoma of the missed diagnosis rate was 1.51%.
