安徽景天属Sedum植物叶表皮研究.PDFVIP

　　　　　　　　　 BULLET IN OF BOTA NICA L RESEARCH 19 　3 1999 　7 Vol.19 　No.3 July, 　1999 (Sed um ) 郑　艳　巩　吉力 (, 　24 1000) 　　利用光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜观察了安徽省12 种景天属(S ed um )植 物的叶表皮, 统计并 量了气孔类型、气孔大小、气孔密度及气孔指数等, 描述了表 皮角质膜、蜡质纹饰及气孔外拱盖的有关特征。结果表明:景天属植物叶表皮气孔 器为不等细胞型。气孔器类型、表皮细胞形状及垂周壁式样、角质膜、蜡质纹饰等, 种间无差异或极小, 而气孔大小、气孔器分布特征、气孔密度、表皮毛等种间差异较 大。建议在种间区分上将差异大的特征作为种间第一特征, 将差异小的特征作为次 级特征。 　叶表皮;气孔器;景天属 A LEAF EPIDERMIS STUDY ON TWELEVE SPECIES OF SED UM IN ANHUI Zhen Yan 　Gon Jie (Department of Biolo y, Anhui Normal University, Wuhu 24 1000) Abstract 　The leaf epidermis structures of 12 species, w hich belon to Sedum from Anhui province in China, have been examined under LM and SEM .The stomatal size, stomatal density and stomatal index were measured and counted under LM .Under SEM, it was discribed such as the shape of stomata, cuticular membrane, w ax orna- mentation, outer stomatal led e (or rim )and trichome.The results show that the type of stomatal apparatuse in Sedum is the kind of tipical anisocytic type.The characters, such as the type of stomatal apparatuse, shape and pattern of anticlinal w alls of epider- mis cells, culticular membrane and w ax ornamentation, are less important betw een species and can be used as secondary ones.The features of stomatal size, distribution, ; 、 , , ! 　:1997-7-23 3 　　　　　　　　　　:(S ed um ) 293 density and trichome possess the classific value of species.
