海南医学2013 年5 月第24 卷第9 期 doi:10.3969/j.issn.1003-6350.2013.09.0551 ·论 著· 社区糖尿病患者继发真菌性感染的相关危险因素分析 易 文，周 琼，袁志豪 ( 东莞市石龙镇社区卫生服务中心，广东 东莞 523321) 【摘要】 目的 探讨影响社区糖尿病患者继发真菌性感染的相关危险因素，为糖尿病患者真菌性感染的防 治提供依据。方法 分析我社区2009 年12月至2011 年12月收集经上级医院确诊并回到社区治疗的62 例糖尿 病患者的临床资料，统计分析其性别、年龄、糖尿病病程、体重指数、糖尿病类型、视网膜病变、末梢神经受损、高 血压、周围血管情况等因素对患者并发真菌性感染的影响程度；同时分析其主要感染部位。结果 周围血管损 伤是影响社区糖尿病患者发生真菌性感染的相关因素(P0.05) ，而血酮体、糖尿病病程、糖尿病类型、年龄、性别 等与社区糖尿病患者真菌性感染无明显相关关系；糖尿病真菌感染以皮肤软组织感染为主要感染部位 (45.16%)。结论 社区糖尿病患者真菌性感染受到多种因素影响，但周围血管损伤是主要的相关危险因素。 【关键词】 糖尿病；真菌性感染；危险因素 【中图分类号】 R587.1 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】 1003—6350（2013 ）09—1307—03 Analysis on the related factors affecting the fungal infections in hospitalized patients with diabetes mellitus.
