有轨电车电阻制动系统设计——毕业论文

摘 要 有轨电车的发展对于缓解日益严重的人口、能源的压力具有重要作用。制动系统是有轨电车的重要组成部分,现代有轨电车多采用电气制动为主、空气制动为辅的空电联合制动方式。电气制动包括再生制动和电阻制动两个阶段,在发车间隔较长的时候主要进行的是电阻制动,因此电阻制动在有轨电车制动系统中占有重要的地位。本课题应现代有轨电车制动系统的需要,以大连人现代有轨电车为背景设计了一套电阻制动系统,该系统反应灵敏,控制准确,能保证有轨电车稳定地工作。 该系统主要由三部分组成:主电路、控制电路、驱动电路。主电路采用斩波方式控制通过制动电阻的平均电流,从而实现功率平衡,斩波器件选择了IGBT。以80C196KC单片机为核心设计了控制电路,控制电路实时采集电流电压信号,准确控制IGBT的通断。同时,以Semikron公司生产的驱动模块SKYPERTM32为核心设计了驱动电路。此外还详细说明了系统的工作过程,并对本次设计进行了分析和总结。 关键词:电阻制动;单片机;控制系统 Abstract The development of railroad car plays an important role in alleviating the growing population and energy pressures. Brake system is an important component of railroad cars .Modern railroad cars mainly use electrical brake and supplemented by air break. Electric braking includes two stages- regenerative braking and resistance braking. When the time between two cars were sent is too long resistance braking was mainly used, so resistance braking plays an important role in the braking system of railroad cars. To satisfy the requirement of modern railroad car’s braking system, this paper designed a resistance braking system taking Dalian’s railroad car as the background. The system is responsive and can control accurately, so this system can ensure the train work stably. The system is composed of three parts: main circuit、control circuit and drive circuit. The main circuit control the average current passed through the braking resistor by chopper and select IGBT as the chopper device. This program designed the control circuit with 80C196KC as the core. The control circuit collects current and voltage signals timely and assurately control the IGBT. This program designed the drive circuit with drive module SKYPER TM32 made by Semikron as the core. Besides, a detailed explanation was given about the work progress of the system. Meanwhile, a summary and analysis about the design was made.
