吉林建筑大学城建学院 毕业设计论文 学 生 姓 名： 宇 学 号： 专 业： 安全工程2010 设计(论文)题目： 基于改进LEC法的建筑施工安全评价 研究 指 导 教 师: 2014年 6月 13 日 摘要 建筑施工危险源辨识与管理中的安全评价是建筑工程领域的新课题之一，对建筑施工危险源安全评价与管理中的方法研究势在必行．本文研究了建筑施工作业条件危险源的辨识、事故类型及建筑施工评价单元的划分，探讨了作业条件危险性评价方法及改进，通过研究危险源辨识与事故类型，从而为查明建筑施工固有的或潜在的各种危险因素，为设计、施工和管理提供理论指导和技术数据，具有重要的科学意义和工程价值。 针对已有的作业条件危险性评价方法的缺陷，将其完善补充得到了改进的安全评价方法。对作业条件危险性评价法通过对L项的修正，用系统能量与人为能量控制关系来确定隐患是否存在，与原LEC法比，L 的取值更加科学和可操作性，提高安全投入的经济性。 最后对本文研究进行了总结，并且对下一步工作进行了展望 关键词： 建筑施工危险源 事故类型 作业条件危险性评价法 评价单元的划分 Abstract Construction hazard identification and management of the safety assessment is one of the new topics in the field of construction engineering , construction hazard to the safety assessment and management methods in research imperative. This paper studies the identification of construction hazards of operating conditions , accident type and construction division of the evaluation unit , discusses the working conditions and improved risk assessment methods through research hazard identification and accident type , so as to identify the inherent construction or potential risk factors for the design , construction and management to provide theoretical guidance and technical data , has important scientific significance and value of work . Defects in the existing operating conditions for the risk assessment method to get perfect complement to improve the safety evaluation methods. The risk of operating conditions to determine the risk evaluation method exists than the original LEC method , L values ??more scientific and feasible , enhance economic security through an amendment to put L item, use the system to control the relationship between energy and human energy sex .
