滚筒式营养钵体机毕业论文 滚筒式营养钵体机研究设计  摘要 本文研究设计的滚筒式营养钵体机是一种新型制钵机具。该新型制钵机具首次提出利用凸轮机构的偏心作用制钵，该机具能一次完成上料、制钵等加工，制钵效率高。在该机工作的过程中，各个作业环节比如压实、钵体投出等环节的稳定性都能得到有效地控制。同时本机具有高生产效率，每小时10800个钵体，可广泛适用于棉花、玉米、瓜果、花卉等作物所需营养钵的制作。 本文主要设计内容有：方案的确定；电机的选择；各轴的转速；链轮、齿轮的设计与计算；链轮、齿轮、凸轮的尺寸计算以及方案图、装配图和零件图的绘制。文中较详细的设计了滚筒式营养钵体机的传动系统和执行机构，对各个零件做了具体的结构尺寸设计，并对受载荷较大的零件进行了精确的校核, 同时绘制了该制钵机的装配图和零件图，而且还对该制钵机的整体装配图进行了三维建模及仿真。该机具的设计过程中大量运用标准件，大大缩短了设计的工作量和降低了生产制造周期及成本。 关键词：营养钵；制钵机；滚筒 Abstract This paper studies the design platen earth bowl machine is a new type of machine.
