精品论文 参考文献 慢性阻塞性肺疾病临床整体护理干预探讨 郭祥英 　　（遂宁市第三人民医院 四川 遂宁 629000） 　　【摘要】 目的：分析对比临床上采用整体护理干预对于慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的护理效果及相关表现。方法：选取我院呼吸科2011年1月—2016年2月收治入院的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者60例，将其随机分为观察组和对照组各30例，对照组患者给予常规护理，观察组患者在此基础上给予整体护理干预，分析对比两组患者的临床表现及护理效果。结果：本组患者在经过治疗和护理后，观察组患者发生4例COPD急性发作，对照组患者发生10例COPD急性发作，两组患者COPD急性发作人数对比具有统计学差异（P＜0.05）。结论：整体护理对于减轻和改善患者临床具有积极作用，在慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者中应用能较好的帮助患者减轻疼痛、病情以及心理障碍，有利于患者的恢复和治疗。 　　【关键词】 慢性阻塞性肺疾病；整体护理干预；临床表现 　　【中图分类号】R521 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2016）25-0037-02 　　Clinical holistic nursing intervention in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease 　　Guo Xiangying. Methods In the respiratory department of our hospital in 2011 January - February 2016 hospitalized chronic obstructive pulmonary disease 60 cases of patients, which were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases in each, while the control group were given routine nursing observed group patients on the basis of the given holistic nursing intervention, compared two groups of patients with clinical manifestations and nursing effect analysis. Results In this group of patients after treatment and nursing after the observed group of patients occurred in 4 cases of acute exacerbations of COPD and control group patients occurred in 10 cases of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), two groups of patients with COPD acute attack compared with the number of statistically significant difference (P lt; 0.05).
