毕 业 设 计 综合大厦空调系统设计  摘要 设计是北京某综合大厦的空调系统设计。该大厦是集商场,餐饮,娱乐,办公以及住宿为一体的综合性大厦,建筑一共二十二层,地下一层,地上二十一层,建筑面积为19560平方米，建筑高度约为85.4米。一楼主要为商场和餐厅,二楼为大型餐厅,三楼为娱乐场,四至八楼为开敞式办公室,九楼为设备层,十楼以上为标准客房。 本设计以节能高效为原则，参照建筑节能标准，九楼以下（不包含第九层）均为面积较大且层高较高的房间,所以空调系统设为全空气系统,十楼以上的标准客房均采用风机盘管加新风系统,每层均设有空调机房,地下设有专用制冷机房.同时有建筑物地下车库的防排烟设计，楼梯间以及电梯前室的加压送风设计和内走廊的排烟系统设计。还有系统的消声减振等优化设计。 关键词: 综合大厦;全空气空调系统;风机盘管加新风系统  The design of conditioning system for a comprehensive building in Beijing Abstract The design content of this design is a comprehensive building air conditioning system in Beijing.
