全自动洗衣机毕业论文 PLC在全自动洗衣机控制系统中的应用 摘 要 本文介绍了PLC用于全自动洗衣机的控制系统，其可改进现有技术的不足，简化结构，有利于降低成本和提高可靠性。设计了利用PLC来控制的洗衣机，实现了从加水洗涤到脱水排水的全自动控制。此次介绍了利用三菱 FX2N系列PLC对全自动洗衣机控制系统总体控制,阐述了控制方案。实现全自动洗衣机控制系统总体控制有多种，可以采用早期的模拟电路、数字电路或模数混合电路。我在此篇文章中首先介绍了洗衣机的现状，然后重点介绍了全自动洗衣机的设计，设计要求和功能实现，全自动洗衣机的工作流程和工作原理，最后介绍了全自动洗衣机PLC梯形图和控制系统程序。 本次设计采用步进顺控指令编程，根据工艺要求编程简单、可允许双线圈使用，PLC采样按钮及限位开关外部输入信号的变化，执行相应的程序，然后输出控制电机正反转及脱水处理。 关键词：全自动洗衣机1，可编程控制器2，简化结构3，梯形图4，限位开关5 PLC IN THE AUTOMATIC WASHING MACHING CONTROL SYSTEM THE APPLICATION ABSTRACT This paper introduces the PLC used for automatic washing machine control system, its can improve the existing technology is insufficient, simplified structure, and to reduce costs and improve reliability. The design to use PLC to control the washing machine, realizes from adding water washing to dehydration drainage of automatic control. The introduced the use of mitsubishi FX2N series automatic washing machine control system of PLC in overall control, this paper expounds the control plan. Realize full-automatic washing machine control system overall control has a variety of, can use the early analog circuits, digital circuit or module hybrid circuit. I in this article first introduces the present situation of the washing machine, and then introduced the design of automatic washing machine, the design requirements and to fulfill the functions of automatic washing machine working process and working principle, at last, the paper introduces the ladder diagram and automatic washing machine PLC control system program. This design USES the stepping sequence control programming instructions, according to the requirement of process programming simple, may allow double-wire use, PLC sampling button and limit switch the change of external input signal, executes programs, and then output control motor and reversing and dehydration processing.
