摘 要 施工组织设计是建筑施工组织的核心和灵魂，是对工程建设项目全过程的构思设想和具体安排，用来指导施工项目全过程各项活动的技术、经济和组织的综合性文件。 本设计是针对阳煤五矿+525轨道运输大巷的施工组织设计，设计主要包括以下内容：根据工程概况设计巷道断面，岩巷施工，断面支护及施工工艺，安全施工措施等。为确保工期、质量及安全、文明工地，节约成本等条件，根据每个分部分项工程的特点、结构特征、施工难易程度工期和质量要求，设计出切实可行的施工方案。 关键词：施工组织设计，岩巷施工，支护，施工工艺 Abstract Construction is the construction of the heart and soul of the organization, is an engineering and construction projects in the whole process of conceiving ideas and specific arrangements, used to guide the construction of the project activities of the technology, the economy and organization of the comprehensive documents.
