精品论文 参考文献 拆台正面助产方法在分娩中应用的效果评价 马伟 危蕾 钱叶长 （上海市宝山区中西医结合医院肺病科 201900） 【摘要】目的 探讨慢性咳嗽常见病因，并通过中西医结合治疗慢性咳嗽的方法，寻找有效的治疗方法。方法　选取我院门诊慢性咳嗽患者90例，通过询问病史、体格检查、肺部X线检查、肺功能、食道24h HP检测，回顾分析90例患者病史资料，采取随机抽样方法平均分为两组，对照组采取单纯金荞麦片治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上联合舒利迭（沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂）治疗。随访2个月，观察临床症状变化。结果　主要病因为咳嗽变异性哮喘（45例）、上气道咳嗽综合征（22例）、嗜酸粒细胞性支气管炎（12例）、食管胃反流性咳嗽（6例）、不明原因性咳嗽（5例）。随访期间两组内比较，治疗组有效率达89%，明显优于对照组33%（p＜0.05）。结论　慢性咳嗽边检查、边治疗，中西医结合治疗可提高临床疗效，缩短治疗时间，对于缓解患者临床症状以及减少经济支出大有裨益。 【关键词】 慢性咳嗽 中西医结合治疗 舒利迭 【中图分类号】R563 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2013）20-0105-02 90 cases 0f chronic cough etiologyiagnosis and treatment analysis MA Wei, WEI Lei, QIAN Ye-chang BaoShang Traditional Chinese Medicine Integrative Hosptial Department of Respiratory Diseases 201900 【Abstract】Objectiv: To analysis common cause of chronic cough, looking for a way of traditional Chinese medicine treatment for chronic cough. Average divided into two groups to take a random sampling method, control group take simple gold buckwheat in treatment, treatment group take seretide on the basis of control group, followed for 2 months. Result the primary cause for chronic cough with cough variant asthma 45 cases(50％)，followed by upper airway cough syndrome 22 patients(24.4％)，eosinopHilic bronchitis12 cases(13.3％)，gastroesopHa al reflux cough allergic cough in 6 cases(6.7％)， unexplained cough in 5 cases(5.5％).To symptomatic treatment，achieve a satisfactory effect.Conclusion Side check of chronic cough, edge treatment, Integrative Medicine is to improve the clinical efficacy and shorten treatment time of great benefit for the remission of clinical symptoms, and reduce the economic costs. 【key word】 chronic cough integrative
