精品论文 参考文献 探析肩袖损伤患者的临床诊断及治疗方法选择 罗正国 　　（四川省西昌市中医医院 四川 西昌 615000） 　　【摘要】 目的：探析肩袖损伤患者的临床诊断及治疗方法选择。方法：选取我院2012年12月～2015年12月收治的肩袖损伤患者84例，根据治疗方法的异同将选取的患者随机分为对照组和试验组各42例，对照组患者采用常规检查联合X线检查的方法进行检查，并给予该组患者非手术治疗法治疗，实验组患者采用超声检查联合MRI检查的方法进行检查，并给予该组患者手术治疗法治疗，观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果：观察组患者治疗的优良率为95.24%，对照组患者治疗的优良率为78.57%，组间数据差异明显（Plt;0.05），具有统计学意义；观察组患者的关节镜检查阳性率明显优于对照组，组间数据差异明显（Plt;0.05），具有统计学意义。结论：采用超声检查联合MRI检查的方法对肩袖损伤患者进行检查可以提升阳性检查的正确率，手术治疗肩袖损伤患者的治疗效果更为显著，值得推广。 　　【关键词】 肩袖损伤；临床诊断；治疗方法 　　【中图分类号】R683 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2016）16-0025-02 　　Analysis of clinical diagnosis and treatment of patients with rotator cuff injury Luo Zhengguo. 　　 Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Xichang City, Sichuan Province, Xichang 615000, China 　　【Abstract】Objective Analysis of clinical diagnosis and treatment of patients with rotator cuff injury.
