精品论文 参考文献 探究中医内科临床研究现状及存在的问题 四川省宣汉县新华中心卫生院 四川达州 636150 【摘 要】目的：分析和探究目前我国中医内科的临床治疗效果现状，观察治疗期间存在的现状和问题，针对我国中医内科临床治疗的工作提供科学有效的工作建议。方法：收集和整理2011年1月到2013年1月近两年时间内的中医内科临床研究文献，针对文献中涉及的内容进行分析和讨论，归纳并总结出文章中设计的一般情况信息、研究的具体方向、诊断治疗的相关准则，以及工作当下存在的问题和现状等信息，进行全方面的讨论与研究。结果：本次研究收集了相关文献422篇，其中存在36%的文献内容谈及中医治疗与客观标准因素的关联性研究内容。另外存在64%的文献内容并没有针对随机方式出现的情况因素进行详细的解读和分析。还存在38%上下浮动的文献内容涉及到应用的诊断和治疗标准停留在二十世纪九十年代末期，研究的文献内容相对比较陈旧，具体的研究内容甚至还缺乏对于具体诊断和治疗效果的评价体系标准等信息的介绍。结论：针对当下我国中医内科临床诊断和治疗的具体情况进行观察可以发现，目前的研究内容还存在质量方面的问题，具体的解决方式还需要得到更深层次的研究与分析，希望能够在未来的工作中得以完善与提升。 【关键词】中医内科；临床研究；现状；存在问题 Abstract：Objective To analyze and explore the current status of internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine clinical therapeutic effect，status and problems were observed during the treatment period，the work on clinical therapy of traditional Chinese medicine in China to provide scientific and effective suggestions. Methods to collect and finishing 2011 January to January 2013 nearly two years in internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine clinical research literature，according to the literature related to the contents of the analysis and discussion，induction and summed up the specific direction for the design of general information，research，diagnosis，treatment of the relevant standards，and the present work and status information for all aspects of discussion and research. The results of this study collected 422 literatures，related research contents of the existing literature about the content of the 36% factors and objective standards of Chinese medicine treatment. In addition there are 64% literature content did not appear for the random factors of the detailed interpretation and analysis of the. There are 38% floating literature content relates to the application of standards for diagnosis and treatment to stay in the late nineties of the twentieth century，content of the literature and relatively old，the specific contents even lack for the introduction of specific diagnostic and therapeutic effect evalu
