雾霾对中小学生体育运动的特殊危害研究 梁奎 潘光华 摘要：雾霾天气的日益严重，使得中小学生等青少年运动受到影响。将雾霾的形成原理和组成成分，结合青少年运动时的生理变化特点进行分析，知道雾霾天气对青少年的呼吸系统和心血管系统有着较普通成人更为严重的损害。为此，提出建议：保护环境；减少或不做运动，尽量减少呼吸频率和深度，减少肺的通气量，以此减少有害气体的吸入。 关键词：雾霾；青少年学生；体育运动； Influence and Countermeasure Research of young people getting sports in haze LIANGKui Abstract: The growing haze weather in China affect young people sports seriously .
