精品论文 参考文献 探讨伊曲康唑和派瑞松乳膏联合应用治疗真菌性外耳道炎 大庆油田总医院 163000 【摘 要】目的 研究分析伊曲康唑和派瑞松乳膏联合应用治疗真菌性外耳道炎的临床效果观察。方法选取本院2013年2月～2014年2月收治的真菌性外耳道炎患者150例作为研究对象。将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，并随机分治疗组（伊曲康唑和派瑞松联合应用）、对照一组（派瑞松局部应用）、对照二组（伊曲康唑口服治疗），每组50例，治疗前后比较疗效。结果 治疗组痊愈37例，显效11例，好转1例，无效1例，总有效率98.0%。对照一组痊愈16例，显效16例，好转11例，无效7例，总有效率86.0%。对照二组痊愈15例，显效18例，好转11例，无效6例，总有效率88.0%。伊曲康唑和派瑞松联合使用对于外耳道真菌病的治疗效果要显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。结论 伊曲康唑和派瑞松乳膏联合应用治疗真菌性外耳道，疗效显著，痊愈率高，比单纯应用伊曲康唑或派瑞松乳膏更具优势，值得临床推广应用。 　　【关键词】真菌性外耳道炎；伊曲康唑；派瑞松乳膏 [Abstract] Objective To study the analysis combination of itraconazole and pevisone cream in the treatment of fungal otitis externa clinical observation. Methods in our hospital from February 2013 to February 2014，150 cases of patients with fungal otitis external otitis were selected as the research object. The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed，and were randomly divided into treatment group（itraconazole and Pevisone used in combination）and control（Pevisone local application）group and control group treated with oral itraconazole，50 cases in each group，before and after the treatment，the efficacy was compared between the two groups. Results in the treatment group，37 cases were cured，11 cases were markedly effective，1 cases were improved，1 cases were ineffective，the total effective rate was 98%. In the control group，16 cases were cured，16 cases were markedly effective，11 cases were improved，7 cases were ineffective，the total effective rate was 86%. In the two groups，15 cases were cured，18 cases were markedly effective，11 cases were improved，6 cases were ineffective，the total effective rate was 88%. Itraconazole and Pevisone used in combination for treatment of external acoustic meatus mycosis to was significantly better than the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P lt; 0.05）.
