精品论文 参考文献 探讨医学影像科全方位护理管理在心脏强化护理的作用 绥化市第一医院 152000 摘要：目的 研究分析医学影像科全方位护理管理在心脏强化护理的作用。方法 此次研究的对象是选择2014年4月18日～5月18日由于心脏问题入院进行心脏强化护理的60例患者进行分组观察，30例患者采取医学影像科全方位护理管理为实验组，30例患者采取普通管理为对照组，将两组患者进行对比，分析相关数据，找出医学影像科全方位护理管理在心脏强化护理方面的作用。结果 采取医学影像科全方位护理管理的患者，心脏强化护理的效果较好。结论 医学影像科全方位护理管理在心脏强化护理过程中具有重要的作用，值得应用和推广。 关键词：医学影像；护理；管理；心脏强化；临床效果 Abstract：Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing management in the intensive care of the medical imaging department. Methods the study object is the choice of 2014 April 18 to May 18，was hospitalized for heart problems heart strengthening nursing in 60 cases were divided into two groups：the observation，30 cases of patients to take medical imaging department of a full range of nursing management for the experimental group，30 patients take ordinary management as control group，compared two groups of patients，the relevant data analysis，to find out the role of Medical Imaging Department of a full range of nursing management in the cardiac intensive care. Results the effect of intensive nursing care was better in the medical imaging department. Conclusion the comprehensive nursing management of medical imaging department has an important role in strengthening the intensive care of the heart，and it is worth to be applied and popularized. Key words：medical imaging；nursing；management；strengthening of the heart；clinical effect 在临床医学方面，医学影像是指为了医疗获医学研究，对人体或者是人体某些部分，以非侵入的方式取得内部组织影像的技术与处理过程，这是一种逆问题的推论演算，也就是说成因是经过结果反方向推算得到的[1]，本文通过对60例由于心脏问题入院进行心脏强化护理的患者进行临床观察，以下是本人对医学影像科全方位护理管理在心脏强化护理的作用的研究。 1资料与方法 1.1一般资料 对2014年4月18日～5月18日由于心脏问题入院进行心脏强化护理的60例患者进行研究，其中30例患者采取医学影像科全方位护理管理定为实验组，30例患者采取普通管理定为对照组，60例患者中，男40例，女20例，年龄18～87岁，平均63岁。本次研究的设备有：德国西门子128层螺旋CT[2]。 1.2方法 1.2.1医学影像科全方位护理管理方法 医学影像科全方位护理过程严谨，分为导诊、登记、增强检察三个步骤，按照患者的身体状况，考虑护理人员的不同工作量、工作能力将护理人员安排到合适的岗位，发挥护理人员最大的作用，为患者进行更好的护理工作。 护理人员在面对服务对象的时候，发挥主动问候，礼貌服务的工作方法，及时消除患者对护理人员的顾忌，护理人员应该及时解答患者的疑惑，为患者制定适合自身的护理方案，及时观察患者的动态，在患者出现焦虑不安的情绪的时候，及时对患者进行安抚，缓解患者的焦虑不
