精品论文 参考文献 探讨头饱哌酮舒巴坦在下呼吸道感染临床治疗中的临床效果 甘南县中医院 162100 摘要： 目的：研究分析头饱哌酮/舒巴坦治疗下呼吸道感染的疗效及耐药趋势。方法：此次研究的对象是选取某院收治的120例下呼吸道感染患者，将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，并在患者知情同意下由临床医师采取等距随机抽样法分为观察组和对照组。给予给予对照组患者采用罗红霉素药物进行临床治疗，给予观察组患者采用头孢哌酮/舒巴坦药物进行治疗。结果：观察组总有效例数为58例，占比96.66%。对照组总有效例数为45例，占比75.00%。观察组与对照组在总有效例数上的差异具有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。结论：针对下呼吸道感染患者，采用头孢哌酮/舒巴坦进行治疗，能够使临床症状得到有效的缓解，提高耐药性，可以在医学临床中广泛应用。 关键词：下呼吸道感染 头孢哌酮 舒巴坦 [Abstract] Objective：To study the curative effect and drug resistance of the first full - and - / - and - respiratory tract infections in the treatment of lower respiratory tract infections.Methods：the object of this study is in a hospital，120 patients with lower respiratory tract infection were selected，the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed，and the patients informed consent by the clinicians to take systematic random sampling method is divided into the observation group and the control group.Given given to the control group were treated with roxithromycin drugs for clinical treatment，giving patients in the observation group were treated with Cefoperazone / sulbactam drug.Results：the total effective number of observation group was 58 cases，accounting for 96.66%.The total effective cases in the control group were 45 cases，accounting for 75%.The difference between the observation group and the control group in the total effective number of cases has statistical significance（Plt;0.05）.Conclusion：in view of the lower respiratory tract infection patients，were treated with Cefoperazone / sulbactam to clinical symptoms effectively alleviate and improve resistance，can be widely used in clinical medicine.
