精品论文 参考文献 探讨妇科病乡卫生院开展无陪护护理模式对基础护理质量的影响 黑龙江省嫩江县伊拉哈镇中心卫生院 161437 摘要：目的：通过调查研究来了解我乡卫生院内针对妇科病的患者开展的“无陪护护理模式”对临床基础护理质量的影响以及效果，以此分析并探讨该种无陪护护理模式在基层乡镇卫生院的临床使用价值及意义。方法：采用了随机抽样法，随机选择了今年于我乡卫生院就诊的妇科病患者总共有40例，之后随机分为研究组和对照组两个组，每个组各为20例，对研究组的妇科病患者应用“无陪护护理模式”进行治疗，而对对照组的妇科病患者则仅仅采取传统的陪护护理模式进行治疗，观察并记录两组患者的妇科病的恢复情况及其并发症的发生情况，之后再采用统计学方法来对比分析两组间的差异。结果：采取了无陪护护理模式治疗的研究组妇科病患者的恢复情况要显著好于对照组（Plt;0.05）；而且妇科病患者在治疗和康复过程中其并发症或是不良反应的发生总数要显著少于对照组（Plt;0.05）。结论：妇科病乡卫生院开展无陪护护理模式对基础护理质量具有非常积极的促进作用，建议各基层乡镇卫生院均应推广应用该种护理模式，以促进妇科病患者的早日康复。 关键词：妇科病；乡卫生院；无陪护护理模式；基础护理质量 To investigate the disease of Department of gynaecology township hospital carry out without the influence of accompany nursing mode on the quality of basic nursing Yilaha town center Sun Chunmei in Heilongjiang province Nenjiang county hospital 161437 Abstract：Objective：through the investigation and study to understand Township Health Centers for disease of Department of gynaecology patients to carry out the effect of unaccompanied nursing mode on the basis of clinical nursing quality and effect，in order to analyze and discuss the no accompanying care model in township health centers in the clinical application value and significance. Methods：the random sampling method，randomly selected this year in township health hospital gynecological patients a total of 40 cases.After were randomly divided into study group and control group，each group each 20 cases，to study group of patient of disease of Department of gynaecology application no accompanying care model treatment，and the control group of patient of disease of Department of gynaecology is simply taking the traditional nursing care model for treatment，observe and record the two groups of patients with disease of Department of gynaecology recovery and complications incidence，then uses the statistical methods to compare and analyze the differences between the two groups. Results：adopt the non accompanying care mode of treatment of the study group patient of disease of Department of gyn
