精品论文 参考文献 探讨锁定钢板治疗青少年胫骨远端三平面骨折的临床疗效 杨通宝 河南省郑州市骨科医院微创骨科 住院医师 450052 【摘要】目的 探讨使用锁定钢板对青少年胫骨远端三平面骨折进行治疗的临床疗效。方法 选取我院2011年12月-2014年12月收治的90例青少年胫骨远端三平面骨折患者作为观察对象，将其随机分成观察组46例，对照组44例。对观察组患者实施锁定钢板内固定法治疗，对对照组患者实施传统切开复位内固定法治疗。出院后对患者随访1年，对比两组患者愈合时间、并发症率、治愈率。结果 观察组患者愈合时间平均（3.7plusmn;0.5）个月，对照组患者愈合时间平均（5.3plusmn;1.2）个月，具有统计学差异（Plt;0.05）。对照组患者术后出现1例切口感染，并发症率为2.17%（1/46）；观察组患者未见并发症，并发症率为0.00%，具有统计学差异（Pgt;0.05）。随访结果显示，所有患者内固定治疗后均未见松动、断裂现象，关节未见卡压，骨折愈合较好，且未见关节短缩、退变等。观察组患者治愈率明显优于对照组（Plt;0.05）。结论 使用锁定钢板对青少年胫骨远端三平面骨折进行治疗，其疗效显著，创伤性相对较小，安全性较高，未见并发症，值得临床推广。 关键词：锁定钢板；青少年；胫骨远端三平面骨折 [Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical effect of locking plate in the treatment of three patients with distal tibial fracture. Methods in our hospital from December 2011 to December, three patients with distal tibial fractures were treated as the observation object, 46 cases were randomly divided into observation group 90 cases, the control group of 44 cases. The patients in the observation group were treated with locking plate fixation, and the control group were treated with traditional open reduction and internal fixation. After discharge, the patients were followed up for 1 years, and the healing time, complication rate and cure rate of the two groups were compared. Results in the observation group, the average healing time (3.7 + 0.5) months, the average healing time of the control group (5.3 + 1.2) months, with statistical difference (Plt;0.05). In the control group, 1 cases of incision infection occurred in cases, the complication rate was 2.17% (1/46); the observation group was no complications, the complication rate was 0%, with statistical difference (Pgt;0.05). The follow-up results showed that no loosening or fracture was found in all the patients after internal fixation, no joint pressure, fracture healing was good, and there was no joint shortening, degeneration, and so on. The cure rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group
