精品论文 参考文献 支原体肺炎(MPP)患儿血清炎性细胞因子IL-2、 IL-6 的检验结果分析 蒋新莲 雅安市名山区中医医院 四川 雅安 625000 摘要：目的：探讨支原体肺炎患儿血清炎性细胞因子IL-2、IL-6 的含量状况，并分析其含量变化的意义；方法：选取了2011 年4 月—2012 年3 月期间来我院 治疗的62 例支原体肺炎患儿作为研究对象，另外选取了50 例健康儿童作为对照，然后利用ELISA 方法对两组患儿的血清炎性细胞因子IL-2、IL-6 的水平；结果： 研究组患者在患病的急性期IL-2 含量水平相对于对照组要低，而IL-6 的含量水平高于对照组，可见支原体肺炎患儿的血清炎性细胞因子IL-2 和IL-6 之间为反相 关的关系；讨论：支原体肺炎在急性期以及恢复期患儿血清中的炎性细胞因子IL-2、IL-6 的变化情况可以用来作为判断患者支原体肺炎的病情程度以及预后的指 标，对于支原体肺炎的治疗具有重要的参考意义。 关键词：支原体肺炎；炎性细胞因子；IL-2；IL-6； Analysis of mycoplasma pneumonia (MPP) in serum of children with inflammatory cytokines IL-2, IL-6 test results Jiang Xinlian Yaan City Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine, Yaan 625000 Sichuan mountainous area Abstract: Objective: To investigate the status of mycoplasma pneumonia in children serum inflammatory cytokines IL-2, IL-6, and to analyze the changes of the contents; methods: 62 cases of mycoplasma pneumonia in 2011 April to 2012 March in our hospital were selected as the research object, the other 50 healthy children as control, and then use the ELISA method for serum levels of inflammatory cytokines IL-2, IL-6 of two groups of children with level; results: the patients in study group IL-2 levels during the acute phase of illness to low relative to the control group, while the level of IL-6 was higher than that of the control group, visible between children with mycoplasma pneumonia serum inflammatory cytokines IL-2 and IL-6 for the relevant discussion: relationship; mycoplasma pneumonia can be used as the severity of patients with mycoplasma pneumonia and the judgment of prognosis in acute stage and the changes of recovery of inflammatory cytokines IL-2, IL-6 in serum of children period, has important reference value for the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumonia.
