  提 要 目的：研制“失眠症精神萎靡状态评定量表”，以期为失眠症精神萎靡状态的诊 断和干预提供客观依据。 方法：运用心理测量学方法，首先进行文献整理，组织专家论证，确定量表的条 目池，通过初步评价，建立初始调查问卷；然后进行临床预调查修订条目，建立正式 调查问卷；通过正式临床调查修订初始调查问卷，形成失眠症精神萎靡状态评定量表； 对评定量表并进行效度、信度的考评。 结果：制定出信、效度较理想的“失眠症精神萎靡状态评定量表”，该量表体现 了年龄、受教育程度对失眠症患者的不同影响，较为全面、具体、准确地反映了失眠 症精神萎靡状态的真正内涵；量表操作简单，经济实用，是适用于中国文化背景下的 有效评价工具。 关键词 失眠症；精神萎靡状态；量表；   The Development of Scale for Insomnia with the State of Spiritual Malaise Speciality:Neurology of TCM Author:Ding Xiao Tutor:Prof.Qi Xianghua Abstract Objective Developing a Scale for insomnia with the state of spiritual malaise, providing an objective basis For the evaluation of insomnia patients with mental disorders. Conclusion The results showed that the scale has good clinical practicality ,good reliability and validation.It provide a good measurement tools For the insomniacs with the state of irritability.
