提 要 目的：本研究拟构建失眠症郁闷不舒状态具体量化评价指标及探讨郁闷不舒状态 发生的病因病机，为临床诊治此种状态提供科学依据。 方法：以“郁”、“闷”、“气结”、“抑”等为关键词在中医古典文献中进行搜索整 理，挖掘出文献中所蕴含的症状体征表达及相关病因病机论述，按照形神统一的原则 提取具体表达，在从事语言学及心理学专家的指导下，规范词条表达，研制出量表， 通过多次临床验证，并运用现代统计学方法进行统计处理，形成正式的失眠症郁闷不 舒状态量表。通过对文献及临床经验研究，总结出病因病机规律。 结论：经过反复临床验证，本课题研制的失眠症郁闷不舒状态评定量表具有良好 的信度、效度，完全可以作为临床诊断此种状态的依据。总结出的病因病机规律明确 指出情志因素是郁闷不舒状态的首要病因；病机涉及肝郁气滞、肝气横逆、气郁化火、 火灼伤阴及阴阳受损多方面，进一步完善失眠症从心理状态进行论治的体系。 关键词：失眠症；郁闷不舒状态；量表；病因病机 The Construction of Quantitative Indicators for Insomnia with The State of Depression and The Study on Etiology and Pathogenesis Speciality： Internal Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine Author ： Zhang Huazuo Tutor： Professor Qi Xianghua Abstract Objective：The study was to construct the quantitative indicators for insomnia with the state of depression, and to explore the etiology and pathogenesis of insomnia with the state of depression, so as to provide scientific evidence for the diagnosis and treatments of insomnia with the state of depression. Methods ：Searching the ancient documents with the keywords such as “depressed” “vexed” “angry” “overbear” and make clear that all the expressions of the symptoms , the etiology and pathogenesis also included.Simplifing those expressions with the guidance of “combination of body and spitit”.Regulating the words with the help of linguistics and psychologists to form the initial questionnaires.After several clinical investigation and statistics processing,the final scale for insomnia with the state of depression was formed.
