提 要   目的：观察疏肝解郁推拿法为主配合拔罐治疗肝郁气滞型乳腺增生症的临床疗 效，探讨此法治疗乳腺增生症的作用机理，寻求推拿治疗乳腺增生症的新思路。方法： 选择符合 2002 年中华中医外科学会乳腺病专业委员会第八次会议的《乳腺增生病诊 断标准》中肝郁气滞型辨证标准的60例病人，随机分为两组，治疗组30例，对照组 30 例。治疗组给予疏肝解郁推拿法配合天宗穴刺络拔罐治疗，对照组口服散结片， 以乳腺增生症主要症状和伴随症状评分及安全性评价作为观察指标，并对两组治疗后 的副反应进行比较。结果：经统计学分析，治疗组总有效率为 86.67%，对照组总有 效率为 76.67%，两组有显著性差异（P0.01），疏肝解郁推拿法为主配合拔罐的总 体疗效优于口服散结片组。在改善乳房肿块方面，治疗组优于对照组（P0.01）；在 改善乳房疼痛、伴随症状方面，两组治疗效果相近（P0.05）。结论：疏肝解郁推拿 法为主配合拔罐治疗肝郁气滞型乳腺增生症具有疏肝理气、舒筋散结的作用，对肝郁 气滞型乳腺增生症有较好的疗效，与口服散结片相比，本法是一种疗效显著、无痛苦、 无副作用的绿色疗法。 关键词  推拿治疗；乳腺增生症；肝郁气滞；天宗穴；刺络拔罐   Curative Effect Observation of Shuganjieyu Tuina Therapy with Tianzong Thorn Cutem on Hyperplasia of Mammary Gland of the Type of Stasis of Liver-qi Speciality:AcupunctureMoxibustion and Tuina Author:Zhang Yuhuan Tutor:Professor Wang Yongquan Abstract Object ：To observe and evaluate the clinical curative effect of Shuganjieyu Tuina Method with Tianzong Thorn Cutem on Hyperplasia of Mammary Gland (HMG) of the Type of Stasis of Liver-qi.To explore the mechanism initially so as to seek a new method for HMG of the Type of Stasis of Liver-qi.
