提 要 目的：评价痰热清注射液治疗社区获得性肺炎的临床有效性和安全性。方法：将 60 例 CAP 患者抽签随机分为常规治疗组和痰热清组。常规治疗组给予抗感染及一般 对症支持治疗；痰热清组在常规治疗基础上加痰热清注射液。疗程为 10 天。结果： 痰热清组治愈率36.7%，显效率43.3%，总有效率为93.3%；常规治疗组治愈率26.7%， 显效率 30.3%，总有效率为 86.7%。痰热清组临床症状、体征好转均优于常规治疗组 (P0.05)。结论：痰热清可改善CAP临床症状，提高疗效，值得临床广泛应用。 关键词 痰热清注射液；CAP；临床研究 Tanreqing Injection in the treatment of community acquired pneumonia clinical therapeutic observation Speciality: Dermatology ，Internal medicine of TCM Author:masuyan Tutor:liushiqing Abstract Objective：our goal was to assess the efficiency and safety of Tanreqing injection for community acquired Pneumonia(CAP).Method:60 cases of CAP patients draw randomly divided into routine treatment group and study group. The conventional treatment group according to CAP guidelines given antibiotics and general treatment, Study Group on the basis of conventional therapy plus injection. A course of treatment is 10 days. Result: Tanreqing group total effective rate is 93.3%, and the conventional group’s is 86.7%.Both The clinical symptoms and signs are better than the conventional treatment group. Conclusion: Tanreqing injection can improve the clinical symptoms of CAP, improve the curative effect and be worthy of clinical application.
