精品论文 参考文献 新辅助化疗治疗晚期卵巢癌的临床效果观察 王国容 　　（四川省大竹县人民医院 四川 大竹 635100） 　　【摘 要】目的：观察新辅助化疗对晚期卵巢癌患者的临床效果。方法：回顾性分析67例晚期卵巢癌患者的临床资料，其中37例接受新辅助化疗的患者为观察组，30例接受传统化疗的患者为对照组，观察两组患者在治疗效果、手术情况等差异进行对比。结果：观察组经新辅助化疗后，34例有效，总有效率91.99%；35例患者胸、腹水得到控制，余者2例未得到控制，未控制率5.41%。对照组23例患者有效，总有效率76.67%；5例患者胸、腹水未得到控制，未控制率为16.67%，两组对比差异具统计学意义(Plt;0.05)；两组肿瘤细胞减灭术结果差异有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)。结论：针对晚期卵巢癌患者采用新辅助化疗方案，临床效果确切，值得临床推广。 　　【关键词】新辅助化疗；晚期卵巢癌；临床观察 　　【中图分类号】R737.3 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1004-6194（2015）01-0037-02 　　To observe the clinical effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced ovarian cancer 　　Wang Guorong 　　Dazhu County Peoples Hospital of Sichuan Province, 635100 　　【Abstract】Objective: To observe the clinical effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy on patients with advanced ovarian cancer.
