The feed needed to be filtrated was pretreated, and the effect of pH and feed concentration was considered. The steady permeate flux, recovery rate of Licnsinine Lie and removal rate of Chlorophyll of four different membranes were compared, and the composition of the filtration resistance was analyzed. Experimental results show that at pH about 3.0 and Chlorophyll concentration between 1.68g/L and 2.52 g/L, liensinine could be satisfactorily recovered. On account of its high permeate flux and high separation efficiency, the PES membrane was chosen for feed filtration. The resistance analysis showed that the cake layer resistance Rc (38.6%) , the resistance increase Rm 26.9% and concentration polarization Rp 22.8% were the main resistance composition.
